What is the cheapest website to buy a Wacom Cintiq 21UX?

Can anyone recommend me a website that is selling the Wacom Cintiq 21UX graphics tablet at the cheapest price and will ship to Europe? I would buy one from a European website if they were cheaper but most of them are looking €3000 for it which is a bit too steep.

Just keep in mind that its display models or test models, so you might buy the cat in the bag so to say.

Places like Amazon have free shipping, but most sites will sell them at the retail price if they are brand new. Like Scribble said, you can buy display and test models (or used ones off of eBay), but just make sure you're confident in where you're buying from.
