I see you like warhammer 40,000 - your work is influenced by it and those medals are definately WH40k, i used to love that shit sooooo much, that is one very influencial game (the art any way)

Your line work is nice. The picture is very flat though and forms are hard to see/define (head, and HIS right arm) I think you need to really push the shadows and highlitghs more to help define the form. Also the blue/violet kneepads look out of place because of the vivid hue they are colored. Id really tone those down too.
