I'd say you should try testing your stuff with other computers before showing it to friends.

it works, but could you point out what browser you viewed it in. pc or mac, if flash works on your computer, than than this should work. both firefox and ie work
did you try closing the window and hitting the link again. maybe it was a server problem not a file problem.
here is a backup link to the same

other than you being on a mac I dont know why thier not playing, but here is a flash version. this version is playing back at a faster rate than the actual animation

well there still are a lot of work to do. This kind of stuff is pretty hardcore technically speaking. Personally, I'd animate it by hand.

it was all done pretty quickly, the run, jump, flip and fall 2 days 2 hours each day, 4 hours in two days. the stretch was the only thing that slowed me down.
that ended up taking a 3rd day but it wasnt an animation problem. an export problem, I couldnt get it done that fast by hand. but I know what your getting at

The links are working for me, they screw up my browser, but I see the stuff.
For that first animation, the hair doesn't look right, It flows pretty stiffly, remember, hair strands normally move independantly.
And the run, jump, flip and fall animation looks good until the flip and fall, then it isn't very good looking. The flip looks very skewed, and the hair pulling her up or something like that is a little strange.........
But I think you have some really good potential, I would try working with simpler things and improving on them, then moving up. I don't know how advanced you are.

the flip was actually supposed to look skewed. what problem did you have with the fall
