I am Pavan P. B. studying product design from M.S.Ramaiah college Bangalore India. Now I am doing my final project on toy design for kids of 3 to 5 years. Please help me regarding how to go about it?

sounds like you want someone to do your project for you, if thats the case, you need to go to the job listings forum. I want help on your ideas, present them. Basically, your question is very vague.

You need to be much more specific with your request.

Please list exactly and precisely what your assignment is. Include into your post scans of the designs you have already done so far, then tell us what you believe is wrong about them, and then list your exact and precise questions about what help you need with your designs.

If you cannot communicate properly, it is difficult for anyone to offer their advice to you.

If you are trying to figure out how to design to that age group I would suggest that you find a local school/s and speak with the teachers of those age groups. They know about the developmental age and what generally interests and teaches those children.
I think you also need to take into consideration what exactly you are trying to accomplish with the toy.
