That... is.... Holy crap.

The only phrase that comes to mind when viewing this is: "Do you take your pants with cream!?"

POST MORE!

Yeah, add more texture and stuff. Some black areas are a bit dead.

I hope you don't mind my paintover. And yeah i used the flipping trick too. I think after flipping, you should go in and add some asymetry.

Glad to se others show respect for Giger, because he is one of the most influencial artist of our times and a lot of people dont even know who he is.

I definately feel there needs to be more texture. That was my first thought at looking at it. Id take a real close look at gigires surface textures and try to emmulate those a little, and ofcourse throw your own style in there too, cuz thats the most important part.

Great work, id love to see more.

Was Giger the guy who did all that robot erotic stuff?

If that's him, he rocks my socks.

Nice job on it, I really like the paintover though. It makes it more fun to look at, plus the added color looks really nice too.

Mos: yes. He is also responsible for the hit Aliens movies as well, not to mention all of the people that knocked off his style.

Thanks for the feedback.

The paintover looks great Prometheus|ANJ. The added color really does add alot to it too. Captures the eye at different levels of the painting. I have real troubles with color, my biggest fault I think.

I totaly agreee there needs to be more texture on it, I usualy add textures to everything but for this one I didn't.
This wasn't 'painted' as well, I used dodge and burn so that's the main reason it looks slick.

I might bring it into painter and see what kind of surface I can get.
