I am sorry to say it, but I am hating the site.
It turned me away from looking through your stuff really quick.
I would recommend taking some time and working on it.

Navigation... Oļ! Don't make it complicated or clever for people to navigate your site. You remember the rull of K.I.S.S.? :)

ah. too hard after all huh :) hmm. yeah when I designed it it seemed really simple. I'll try and think of something easier. maybe if all the menu's are always visible.

The navigation scheme was painful.
It's admirable to go for something new and different, but a big goal in design is simplicity. You want the design to be as intuitive as possible. You also want to conserve space. Having 4 blocks around the edge of the screen does quite the opposite. Having the contents only appear on rollover makes it even harder to navigate. The only time you want to have something appear on rollover is for users to know that a button is functional or to conserve space.
Given the way you designed them there's absolutely no reason for them to only have the links appear on rollover either. You still have the section name in the bar, so you might as well skip the rollover altogether. Also, designing a site entirely in flash is almost always a bad idea. You don't have control over flash content the same way you have control over regular web content. It's offputting to many people. Unless you are doing things in a way that can't simply be accomplished with HTML, you might as well just skip flash altogether.
The movies need a buffer loading bar. Also, the 2d characters on 3d background make it look really strange. And not the good kind of strange like those green screened movies with animated characters running around in the real world or vice versa. The animation in general was a bit choppy here and there, but pretty decent. Although the little girl's hair jumped a lot for no real reason.

heh. I'm just gonna have to make some time and do the thing in simple php& html I guess. thank you for explaining the issues. I'll try and fix the site up.
