I am a new user here on concept art....I have a question to be answered

In the sketchbook rule thread, it said that I couldn't use a hosting site and had to use the attachment manager on this site....

What is the attachment manager on this website and how do I use it?

If this is a stupid question or something....I am very sorry for wasting your time.

Click on 'go advanced' button and click on the 'attatchments' paper clip and add from there.
