I was just wondering, does anyone ever use Second Life as a tool when they are having trouble visualizing their conceptual ideas?

No, but I use Antics for posing a figure, even if the graphics on Antics sucks.

I used to use World of Warcraft for that reason.
Does anyone really play Second Life? I played it before for few minutes, and got bored.

I meandered around the world for about 15 minutes. I wound up walking in to the "furry" part of town and ended up getting sexually assaulted by a fox....

I kept tabs on Second Life Safari courtesy of SomethingAwful.com, but never ventured into the universe myself.

It sounds scary.
