its looking pretty good imo cashmere. i think you should try working larger, as the shading looks a bit 'stripey' if you know what i mean. working larger might make it easier to get some nice smooth gradiants. i havent seen the photo, but i think the shadow down the centre of the chest should be lighter than the shadow under his arm (our left, his right).

nil, thanks, today I'll drawn another larger copy of this and I'll try to shade better this time. Then I'll post here the result.
You may see the original in the fredflickstone's "Figure Drawing Tutorial the first of many", here (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=14035)

Very NIce. How big was this drawn? The rendering is nicely handled. Good to see the steps you did, or did along with the drawing. There are a few new muscles in your anatomy breakdown that I have never seen before, but other than that, this is really great. Now try one with a photo you found. See if you can get this to work for other images you do too.

Nice job.

It is 15x22.5 cm eheheh, if you saw a few new muscles it is because I have not studied anatomy yet ... This is my first figure study with shades and all.
Ok, I'll try with a photo using your lessons as reference and I'll post the study here soon.
Thanks for the encouragement!
