I put this also in my sketchbook, but I'm kind of proud of it so here it is.. what are your comments, how can I improve?

Your facial proportions are pretty good. To make the face look more three dimensional you should either add contrast or erase the nose and make it protrude a bit further.

I recommend adding contrast. Also, you should take another glance at his mouth. Give him some lips man!
