Hi @ all :-)
Just wanted to show these... Its a pair of bracers for protection of the underarms... They are part of 3D character im making...
comments?

Wait a minute.....aren't those inscirpions to the sides the inscriptions of the Ring of Lord Of The Rings:mischief:

yup, that's what it is.. Not very original imo.. nice modeling, nice looking texture,, too bad it isnt yours.

hehe... well its no secret that the inscriptions are Tengwar????
As a side note i can say that the bracers are made for my Pen and Paper roleplaying game character Alexhambras Art Zanlos... and thats what is says on the bracers :-)

I dont really understand your reaction... if i had written it in Times New Roman... would i have been flamed to? wierd..

so quick to judge... tsk tsk. check out this link here for info about the tengwar written language Tengwar (http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/4948/tengwar/)
he's using the letters to write his character's name. he didn't copy the inscription on the ring....
anyway really a nice job on the bracers, i don't really have any crits. i'd just like to see the wire frame and some more views from different angles. how many polys is this?

I dont understand how you get your arm into a bracer like that.
Cool design though and nice 3d work.

These are really good bracers, but how about adding some little extra things on it, like a leather pice to cover the back hand or some fur hanging from the base of the bracer.
Other wise nice work :D
