hi guys

here are a few architectural designs for mice... the idea is that mice exist worldwide, so it's only natural that if they built structures, they would do it in the style of that culture, using the trash of that culture...

omg... are they watching the matrix?! these are really neat ideas. you should do more. the little things that we throw away and ignore become big construction materials for them. really cool. the first one look a lot more finished than the rest imo.

These are some nice sketches you have here. They're very unique, and very believable. They remind me of "A bugs life", cuz they use the trash of their culture as well.

btw, are these drawings part of a childrens book?

i often hear that my stuff belongs in children's books... and it's definetly something i want to consider a few years down the road.

but i actually did these to target dreamworks and pixar... both studios are working on projects that involve rats and i wanted to show how i would handle the subject matter.... i'm debating doing a few more... any suggestions would be greatly welcome!

ink: yah! i actually looked at bug's life a lot for reference. hey, you haven't stopped by the studio yet! or at least not when i've been around... make you sure you come for senior show, okay?

Shame about the books. I could put you in touch with a few publishers here in England if you ever change your mind.

You wanted suggestions.
- Public transportation. Try a bus stop, tube station or some variant.
- Health club. Sports centre (all those little mice inside wheels).
- Some kind of government chamber/parliament/court
- Nightclub (complete with stageshow and revue

Hey jlo, I just wanted to say I think the first one is brilliant! I just love the idea you came up for the movie screen. Classic. And the surround sound equipment? Great idea. All your sketches are top notch. Keep up the good work.

(I second the idea you should turn this idea into a children’s' book. It would translate well.)

As for ideas...maybe an office space setting. Perhaps a rat maze with certain walls chewed out to break them into cubicles?
