Well, I've been lurking this site ever since I accidentally stumbled on to it a few months back and I've been more than inspired by the sheer overwhelming skill and talent here -so, much like the majority of noobs that come here, I've decided to start working on my art.
Here goes, some of my previous crap along with some newer studies in no particular order. I'll post as often as I can squeeze in a couple of free seconds. I hope to see some brutally honest opinions and crits. Keep me motivated.

Nice line quality on the Bridgeman studies! You could try to do studies in a similar style straight from life. Also I'd advice you to define more clearly the light and shadow areas. In this I see improvement (in this factor) on the most resent drawing :D Keep up the good work!!!

Wow, cool detailed studies. Anyway, I have a few words of criticism regarding portraits. Post #1, images 10, 12 and 13. Image 10, the girl, although it looks nice, mistakes are there. The face is kinda too wide, the forehead huge, and the eyes much distant one from another. Image 12, ears and the mouth apear smaller than they should be, talking about ears, on image 13, they are simply too small.
Enough with the criticism, post#2, image 3, the best so far, post #1, image 2, the side view head, nice work, images 11, I especially like the older lady with the glasses, 14 and 15, all good works. This much of me, keep practicing. See you around...
