yep, i dont see much difference between the normal corei7 and the core 2 quad 9650... the overclocked extreme versions are a beast, but wow, i wouldnt pay 1000 bucks for a processor ever..

The great thing is the low end Core i7 is equal or better than the qx9770 which is a beast in it's own right.
