speaking of rape, there's alot of questionable scenes in ninja scroll. wonder how they'll handle those.

10 bux says they either tone down the violence to ridiculous amounts, or rev it up to ridiculous amounts, and not in the good way, the "oh let's splash a bunch of gore, surely that'll make up for us deviating from the original plot" kind of way
Either way I don't expect to see the Tessai rape scene in the live action version. Which sucks because I always say Hollywood doesn't film enough rape scenes involving big rock men

God damn it! Is nothing sacred? And why is Dicaprio linked to all of this? Recently I have been using a term of my own design. Pedohoodphilia- the unnatural attraction to and raping of childhood.

Damn! Well we can only hope they do something awesome with what already is an awesome action manga. If they dont? Who cares, we still got the original! :)

Probably will be pg-13 drivel.

How thoroughly disappointing. :(
This is going to have about as much appeal for me as a remake of Psycho in Technicolor. Watch them use a hackneyed CG wash like they did for Beowulf, just to make sure it goes in flames.
Please leave Kawajiri alone.

Well they are making Alita as live-action which probably takes care of raping that part of my 'childhood'.

As in Battle Angel Alita!?! GOD DAMMIT! That settles it. The world is conspiring against me via movies.

They won't give up until they remake and eventually ruin every movie from the 80's, now Hollywood is moving into the animation classics.

Lmao..
Movies now a days..
Nothings worth watching.
Everything's supposed to be EPIC with music from starwars and lost loved ones.
It's getting so overused that epic is no longer epic, it's just.. Meh.
