Yesterday was also a very calm day at work :)

So I had some time to design some new stuff.

I had so much compliment for my previous pic, that I tried to do something in the same universe.

A little question: Is that box supposed to be flying?

The box is floating absolutely :)

Why ?

Because in the starwars episode 2, when I saw Amidala packing her stuff in a "delsey" suitcase, it made me laugh.... Why in a future where everything is flying (yoda on his seat) do we have to carry our luggage ?

That box is just a suitcase :)

I like it a lot, it has a pleasant atmosphere. Only thing is, I thought you forgot the shadow for the box, and then realized that it was floating. But at first it seemed weird, a bit out of place. Then again, I don't know how you could suggest more that it is floating...

what medium are these done in, they are beautiful.

maybe to make the box seem a little more floaty, the shadow should be slightly stronger? i dont know, then you would have to work on her shadow, which i like the way it is.

I'm confused... it's a really nice piece, and I love the way you did it, but in the concept the ship has the thing which you ride in on top. In the other one it looks like the guy is riding on the bottom. Is he riding upsidedown or something?

Im also really diggin this style. My guess (and it's simply that) is that the fin rotates for different modes of flight.

I think it´s a very good piece/pieces but the only thing I see wrong tho is that the shadows under the suitcase should be darker and stronger than those from the woman since the case is flying or hovering close to the ground.

Looks like the wing can rotate upwards, so maybe that's what he's done in the first one.

I changed the box shadow a bit, hope it's more understandable.

I'm experiencing different techniques, with the photoshop 7 brushes.

I don't think I really have a "style" yet, but I'm workin' on it, and your reactions help me a lot :)
