Are You Hot? (maya animation)

Hey everyone!

Here's my new animation. The assignment was to make a character turn around and walk away.

I tried to make it more interesting tho... hoping that more ppl will respond to this thread. C&C is very welcome!! pls keep in mind that I haven't added sound yet. gonna add "BOOOOs" coming from the crowd.

Awesome...

The gestures are pretty successful in describing how this guy feels about himself. The motion says alot in a scene that has fairly little detail. I really like this.

Great motion.. I almost feel bad for him at the end. Hurry up and get that audio finished, it will totally finish the piece.

Thanks helix7, Grooveholmes! I'm so happy you like it. dang, i wish I had a good microphone cuz the sound i put on it is pretty bad. (used the mic off my digi camera):o :(

Hey, Digi,
man that is awsome. That's so how those shows are too. made me lol. can't wait to hear the techno music and the crowd going "you suck!" and booing him off stage. good work.

not bad, the strut in the beginning is pretty successful

there are a few little pops here and there that are a bit distracting...
try to arc the motion of the hands a bit more... they look like they travel straight lines between points in space...

poses work, just needs a bit of finessing.
