Photoshop CS2 work window docking

In CS3, you could switch to view mode that always placed the window with work (photo, drawing or painting) between tools bar and setting windows at right side. In other words, none bars or setting windows would overlap the work. I can't find this interface feature in CS2 version - for example, when I maximize the work window, it's centered and setting windows overlaps it and I can't see the whole work. Neither I can move it to left side with Move function.

Is there a way to solve it, or have I to work with minimized and adjusted by hand work windows?

I just hit the "F" key and I can scroll through the entire canvas when the tool bars get in the way. I don't know how to make the canvas overlap over the tool bars.
