Fantasy Movie Concept & Enviromental Artists needed

Hello to all artist, I have been waiting to post but I do believe it is time to put it out there for everyone to see.

I am a self owned company looking to put out full length movies and in house animation. I have financial interest in the company, there are 3 scripts written and finished. I am looking to bring on full time artists; right now we are in the pre-production stages and need Concept artists and Background and storyboard artists. At the moment this is a non paying job as we are putting together everything we need to take to the financial backers. Once again I do have interest and they are waiting for the art and proof of production.

I will be keeping track of all time spent on conceptual work done even if you never do join the studio if there is funding you will be paid for all work done for the company. As stated before I am looking to put together an animation studio so if you do want to move to studio location for full time work arrangements will be made. I just wanted everyone to know that this is a serious post even though I am not able to pay money up front for work done, I do have investor interest in the project, they are just waiting for me to put together the art needed to pitch for the money. This is not just for dreamers if you do invest time and really put the heart in even if you don't stay with the studio you will be payed for the work when we do get the money invested.

The response from the site was amazing, thank you all very much for your interest, the talent was amazing that responded. We have reached the next step in the company where we are going to now start to need 3d artists, Most of all Animators and Environmental Artists. Also if there is any interest we would need a render technician or someone with a lot of rendering experience. We will be using 3d studio max for almost all the 3d work, and Premier, and After Affects for post production work. Once again I must remind everyone this is a serious project intended on funding. We do have interest and people in Hollywood following the project. Hello everyone, So I am posting this now with updates to come. Steam Golem Productions is a small privately owned company that has been started to bring a new style of animation to theaters and TV. We are looking to start off with our very first short to pitch for funding for a full time studio. The Short is Called "A Hero's Legend" It is a fantasy based short with Steam Punk style influences. I had to laugh because of the competition that just came out on CGTALK for the steam punk art. The idea is to put together a movie that is not only for adults but for Children alike. But mostly for the adults, if there is one thing the theaters are lacking it is a good fantasy movie with an intense story line. This is a 6 month project, we are looking to put together a trailer for the movie to come.

We do have a producer in Hollywood that is following our progress and is very interested in the production, We just need enough work to put together a good product to pitch. Right now this is non-paying but a great opportunity for portfolio work. I am however offering back pay to anyone that can stick around for the 6 months and do work the whole time.

Okay Now to the Guts we are in mid production of the concept art and are starting to recruit 3d artist to start to work on what we need for the 15 minute short Below are a list of the positions still open:
