question about photo luminescent paint

Yup, and UV reactive paint - mostly for haunted attractions.

I want to know about layering phosphorescent paint. I understand that you can not mix them to make a different color but you can layer them to get different shades. I saw some art at

That’s a pretty interesting site. The one problem I have is the permanence of the paints. How long do they last if painted on a wall? Would be nice to see better fairies and a couple of ghosts.
