Anyone know where to pick these up at? After PiBB showed me the ones he had, I've been dead set on getting a few, yet they are no where to be found. NO local art stores haev them, I couldnt find them on dick blick...

I can't help you with that, but I make my own sketchbooks and that gives me a lot of freedom. I buy archival card stock meant for memory books which allows me to use wet media without buckle. Lay on a wash of whatever color you want. Also, I bought a long reach stapler (about thirty US dollars) and stainless staples to bind the books.
