Ummm... Most concept artists will tell you to simply draw. They'll also tell you it's quite fine to draw traditionally. Photoshop and Painter and about any other digital program is a tool. Your question should be about learning what various drawing tools do, so ask questions about methods of traditional tools you would like to learn.

Thank you. So markers. What kind of markers are best for concepts? Should i use a certain paper? Any recommendations on methods and technique to learn?

For learning "concept art" you need to study/reference a lot of things (real and other's interpretations) over your lifetime and use that to come up with new. For learning to draw, you need to practice drawing from life--people, animals, objects and landscapes.
For markers you need to use alcohol-dye-based markers (prismacolor, copic, tria, etc.--you'lll be able to tell as they will be more expensive than water-based) and a thick paper. I recommend bristol (smooth or vellum). I seem to remember plenty of marker tutorials on the web, so do a google search.
