Where to buy cheap cast busts?

I've looked around and most seem to go for $200+ USD, is there any chance of finding them at a cheaper price?

Check ebay, you might get lucky. Check garage sales.

Also, depending on what you want, you can maybe cast some yourself. Casting an arm or a hand isn't hard (and probably a foot isn't bad either), although you'll want to do some research and get the right materials. Regular plaster of paris can get hot enough to burn you if you aren't careful.
