Blur

There is a FFxi art contest with pretty prizes that i want. Anyways I hav an idea for a picture(sparked by kaiser form in bof 3 as well as 2HD quiken in RO), I want to hav a character glowing yellow and blured in motion moving from one attacking position to another. Problem is I am using prisma color markers(set of 72) and I have no clue how to acomplish this. Heres a pic of what i want the blurness to look like

aww come on sum ones gotta hav some tips even if its just on the penciling of this.

dude, have you ever used a prismacolor marker before? they blend super easy, and with a set of 72 you should have no problem with that. by the way, for blending with markers, i use washable (aka water soluble) crayola markers. after i have a rough marker job lain out, i put a wet brush over it for a nice blended water color effect. kinda like watercolor but more controllable. there's your reply.

You have an image of what you WANT it to look like - why don't you keep experimenting until your drawing looks that way?
