The fly!!!! (when was your first time?)

Watched the fly last night and it was bloody amazing. It has to be the best horror movie i've ever seen totally beats the newer horrors but then again what does'nt? :)
Well i started this thread so we could share our first experiences of the goriest sickest most F@%!ed up film ever ^.^
Age of 17 i watched the fly and i've never been happier its a film thats actually gut wrenching and hard to watch in some places. If you have'nt seen it yet go see it! ^.^

Ah The fly! I was nine when I saw it first. The next day it was the big talk at school, because I was not the only one who saw it on television back then. When I have conversations about teleportation, The fly always comes in conversation somehow. I want to see that movie again soon.

I love The Fly. It's one of my favorite horror movies right next to Alien and The Thing (1982). Though it's actually more of a tragedy than a horror movie.

Which version are we talking about here? The '58 or the '86 one? The latter wins because om nom nom Jeff Goldblum. The former rocks because yay vintage horror.

It's true it's more of a tragedy than a horror movie. But then again, that could be said of the most horrific horror movies, like Cannibal Holocaust.
