I am hesitant to post this, but my forearm is demanding a break from drawing for a few days and I am not happy with many aspects of this image. figured it'd be a good time to get some distance between myself and the image and also to get some feedback.

particularly problematic is the swollen flesh of the child. I welcome suggestions.

Please disregard the gaping and distended mouth, there will definitely be something emerging from it and I know what that is, but am having problems visualizing it.

anyhow, all critique welcome, please let me know if I am developing bad visual flow. I fear that when I do draw the regurgitant, I will lead the viewers eye right of the left corner and into the abyss.
