Looking for a color artist(?)

Hi, i'm doing some concept work for an MMO in concept stages at the moment, and i'm looking for a partner to help me. As far as the actual drawings go im not too bad, but, once i hit the coloring stages, im out for the count. Maybe it's because i don't have the right tools, or i just don't get it. But i can not color any of my drawings for the life of me!
