My company is looking for someone that can develop a fairly complex Flash movie for a product website we're launching soon. (Well, at least I think it's complex)

Here's an attempt at describing the animation we want:

The home page is a white background with a big blue bar across it.

Then the following appears:

Frame 1: Plura
Frame 2: Plura + Your Game
Frame 3: Plura + Your Game = $$$ every 15 seconds
Frame 4: Underneath Plura, the green Plura dots appear
Frame 5: Underneath Your Game, a nerd-looking sprite being chased by a monster appears
Frame 6: The nerd grabs the plura dots and powers up into some sort of super nerd-hero
Frame 7: The nerd-hero fireballs the monster into dust
Frame 8: The nerd-hero is showered with gold coins (money) and raises his hand in triumph (this would appear under the $$$ every 15 seconds)

To see the "green Plura dots", click here: http://pluraprocessing.com/_images/logo.gif

The sprites are supposed to look like classic/retro video games, like 8 or 16-bit Nintendo games.

If you feel you're qualified for this project, please contact me at shion -at- pluraprocessing.com. It will help if you can also give me the following info:
- A rough idea of the cost (we can discuss cost more specifically to nail down a hard number)
- Timeframe to complete (it's understood that there may be back and forth on concepts)
- Examples or link to a portfolio of some sort

I should also note that one of our sister companies is looking to hire someone full-time as an art lead for a game they're developing, so a good experience on this project could lead to a full-time position at a game company (assuming you're interested in that).

Other info:
- We're located in Houston and Austin, Texas, but you don't have to be for this job
- We'd like to pay an initial amount up front and then the remaining balance upon completion
- We'll probably have some more work to do related to this project in the near future, so there's an opportunity for future additional work

Thanks,
Shion
