Favs are:
Goran, very creepy and how do you get those textures so lively.
Paradoxba, great one, very good scull design. I know its a sketch but maybe if you would clean it up a bit it could look much better.
Prepsage: The best I think, great movement, muscle structure and that head look awesome.
Poor one from me.

I used the simplest paint application (the one in the accessories folder) and tried to make a masked robot, that looks like a military guy.
What came up is something totally different... You decide..

I suggest you read the description. We're to do a ghoul-like quadroped, not a robot face.

Filter and Tommoy ,thank you guys ,regarding the texures ,the basic is done in Open Canvas 4.6 with some texture in the brush then in Photoshop on
the new layer I put texture in overlay mode and over that same texture in soft light mode with some dodging and burning after flatenning ,the ligt was done in Painter with FX glow tool ,and there is some Photo Add Grain tool involved.I am just playing with layers modes and sometimes just get lucky.

This place doesn't seem to like imageshack images as img tags. And it's most annoying.

Quick sketch in PS. Thought a gorilla would make a suitably scary fleshy skull face thing.

14 minutes. Painter X.
I am trying to force myself to short time periods. 15 min max.
Just so that I can speed up and focus on the main details more.
I guess I will see if that helps in a couple of months.

Sorry about the quality, I don't have a lot of time to spend on this one unfortunately before I head out to work, but its a topic I really wanted to jump in on, mostly because it reminded me of a dream(?) I had about a month ago.
Backwards limbs always kind of creep me out.

Attackcat I love this design and creature concept. I like that you mixed and matched some anatomies.
Nozzle Excellent choice to make a creepy gorilla. Top notch. I would love to see it colored.
Peg Your style is always unique and compelling. The simple strokes and textures...very nice
Prepsage Favorite. The anatomy is so well executed.

Tommoy: great design and the colours go great with it
Peg: overall a excellent and solid design, well done
AttackCat: wow, this one was my favorite so far, great work
It's my first post :0, i'm excited to get some actual feedback from my work from fellow artists, this pic took me a few hours, i kept drawing and erasing over and over and kinda got lazy and fed up near the end cuz it was 4:30 AM =_= and i was hittin' the hay finished or not.

attackcat, thanks man, as you can guess by my "thank you", i really like yours too.
i dont know how many here work in concept art, but without offending anyone, my guess is that the majority here are still trainees, i my self am a student in graphic design.

Hi, lol I had fun with this one, I think I'm developing my own 'natural' style in Photoshop for this, I like it so far...
I'm also surprised how it turned out because I'm seriously inexperienced in drawing creatures, thanks for helping me to push my limit even further! ;)

To everybody else, I loved seeing yours.. you all have awesome different ideas! It's really awesome! LOL~ I wish I could comment each of you, but this will do! :D
