? The entries for the final round were posted in the Finally Finished section a couple weeks ago... They are still there, I would think!

The last round of LMS3 is currently being judged now, so a winner will be named soon. As far as the next one goes, I don't see myself starting it up too soon. It's a hell of a lot of work, and I kind of want to kick back and do the opposite for a while. :)

I'm pretty sure the beginning LMS was scheduled for late December/ early January and was moved to mid January so it didn't ruin people's time at the workshop. It still hasn't ended. Expect similar things next year.
