Hi all! I've been lurking here for some time, and it's about time I start posting some of my stuff, so here we go. this is my take on Sawny Beane, the legendary scottish cannibal massmurderer. Heres a wiki article about the guy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sawney_Beane ...this guy makes Hannibal Lecter look like a little girl....:yum:
Made in super sculpey, about 3 inches high. I still got some detailing and cleaning up to do before i bake him, let me know what you think.

the fat on the chins is rather strange because the rest of his face is skinny.
it makes it seem like he got lyposuction, but the skin folds remained

Thanks, I made the cheeks a bit fluffier, and it looks a lot better I think...
Some progress...

Haha! Awesome. Never heard of this story. I can't believe there's not a movie about this yet. It's like The Hills Have Eyes... but Scottish!
Crits: face still needs to be fatter. Eyes need to be more spherical and a tad smaller.
He kinda looks like this guy I designed for a climbing game back in the day!

Thanks again Pavel, I see what you mean about the shirt, I'm on it...
I was thinking about the best way to conect the bust to the base,
this is a quick sketch of what i came up with, some kind of thick smoky
substence emegeing from the skulls.... any thoughts?

That's a rad idea! I still think the eyes need to be smaller though. I'm lovin the hat.

A small update on this, turns out smoke was just as hard to sculpt as i thougt.
I wish i could find a picture of sculpted smoke to see how other people do it but it seems impossible...

Any ideas how i can make this look better?

nice background story to his evil face! (and a nice touch with the cave on the base), i can almost see the bits of meat stuck in his teeth... nice detail on the bone in his hat too.

Fleshy tendrils for a renowned cannibal L.O.L. great work. Is it finished or are you going to show some paints.
