Board game concepts...

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to post some small concepts I did for a norwegian commersial.
These were made for the biggest chocolate company in Norway, they have a yearly competition online were people can win stuff on their website. So, last x-mas (2007) they wanted to make a flash game like the classic board games, but since it was on a web they wanted to exaggerate. Also, what they are marketing is the national most famous norwegian chocolate which has had the typical norwegian fjord colors and drawings on the candy bar for the last 100 years. So, I did 2 concepts, each of the different side of a mountain, typical norwegian fjord mountain with snow on top and lushious green fields on bottom - which was later translated into 3D and with backgrounds and all - by the studio that hired me. Anyway, it was a very quick and fun job, I made these about 1 year ago, but I thought I could share them with you anyway.

Well that's a really neat idea. Makes me want to spin off other ideas from it as well.

Really good rendering on the mountain and fields. In the presentation of it, I do keep wanting to see a horizon line or something.

Bowlin, thanks ! Yeah I liked the idea myself, I think they could have done a lot with that idea.

Sigge, heisann, ja skal begynne å bli litt mer aktiv på dyret, ser du har lagt ut mye fint der i det siste, skal slenge inn noen kommentarer framover. Dyret pils er selvfølgelig fritende men, ikke så lett når man er tobarnsfar :)
