Yeah, this is a pretty cool piece. I think its missing textures though. The walls are too flat imo. And the bot might be a bit. By adding texture to em, I think you'll give em more flavor.

Also, I think if you were to make the sky look more dynamic, (take a look at foster's skies) it'd be an even stronger piece.

I love the 50s sci-fi feel. The conformist grey tones and the robot design are all very complementary.

You could do more with the leftmost wall (next to the left guy looking back with his "oh shit, Iron Giant!" look), but that's up to you.

Thanks everyone! I think that I'll do a little more detail in the closer backgrounds :)

I'm spending a lot of time this week doing some commissioned artwork, so hopefully I'll have more to post soon.
