help moving from initial sketch

Hey I'm having problems trying to take this sketch to the next step advice would be welcome

Um this is kinda embaressing but how do you get a picture into one of these posts?

You have to upload it to some sort of webspace that allows image linking (which is hard to find nowadays). Then you use "vB Code" to insert the image into the post. It is easier than it sounds...

Just put the url of the image inbetween [.img] and [/img] without the "." in the first one.
