Hi guys,
I would like to know what you think of my demoreel.
And if you have any freelance job that I can do remotely, I`ll be glad to help.

Wow, nice work!
Lots of solid compositing in there. For some reason I really liked the opening and closing shots heaps (the tentacley things), mind if I ask how you did that? (And I love that Muse song!)
Good luck with finding work, you shouldn't have too much trouble.

Where's the animation?

Didn't mean to sound harsh there. It goes without saying, that's a super-tight reel. But as far as the content, if you're submitting this to a 3d studio, wouldn't they want to see some character animation or a completed animated sequence? This seems more like something catering to the advertising industry. If that's the intent, then this reel is incredible and will probably land you any job you seek.

JonathanS: Character animation is a specialisation in Motion Graphics.
rpauletto: Cool, I especially liked the beginning. I found one or two snags in the reel but otherwise it's pretty darn solid! Also, I'm interested on how to animate or even just generate these bushy things or foliage. Any idea on where to point me (even a keyword!) ?

I was really impressed with pretty much all of it. The only thing that I would say cut is the disk bouncing the baseball in the air. It does not hold up to the level of quality that the rest of the reel does.
Really nice opening and ending by the way... oh yea, and the middle stuff too.
:)
Really solid MG reel. What program did you use for the hair in the beginning?

I don't know enough about animation to offer any kind of helpful criticism but I think that was very professional :D Great work.

Great Work!
You seem to already have worked on a couple of projects!
And it seems to me its more about compositing and advertising than actual character animation!
One thing I can say tho, that Stand kicking the ball, the animation its hard the feel the weigh transfers, I dont know if you were the one animating, but maybe try and do more research of Weight Shifting, and slow in and outs.
Other than that! Cool Reel!
Good Luck!
