Heya everyone,
Heres my sketchbook. I'm self taught, so yeah, I pretty much suck. Any criticism will be welcome. (The city sketch is my first perspective drawing like, ever)
It's concept art for a cyberpunk game project I hooked up with here in this truly amazing forum-Zion.

Oh and here's some stuff I did before I realized not only sucked at drawing 'manga', but also had the perspective and figure drawing skills of a drunkard who worked only underwater.

Thanks man, yeah I used movie stills from 'The Thing' for the portraits, but I designed the monsters using the original short story "Who Goes There?' by John Campbell Jr as a reference.
Nicely spotted Beetleboy!

Water color and photostudio 2000... I'm a little out of date when it comes to software.

Amazing doohickies and contraptions. You have a great feel for the steampunk genre. CGtalk is having a steampunk contest you should enter. You might get your ass kicked, but who cares you don't have anything to loose, at worst you'll have a bangin portfolio piece and some exposure. It's worth a shot.
