Noob question

I know to most of you this will seem stupid, but Ive searched the forums and help files but can't find anything so here goes:
I found a couple of cool custom brushes for PS CS3 but now I can't figure out how to import them, if someone will please help me it will be much appreciated.

On the brush palette, in the top right hand corner, you're going to see a little arrow with a circle around it. Click that and find "load brushes." Travel to the directory you have the brush file at and just open it.
