'Death Rattle'
Who I am: Steve Wallace - Writer
What I need: Artist (Pencils and Inks) B/W
Your Cut: 60/40 favoring artist. This is for a fairly small anthology though, so there's unlikely to be any real profits. But good for a publishing credit.
Length: 10 page short
Genre: It's mostly fantasy, based in an Aztec like society.. inside a dying mans head.
Current Status: Written.
Elevator Pitch: This is for Sequential Suicide (http://803studios.net/submissions/sequential_suicide.html). This years theme is Fire & Ice - the destruction of a world. 'Death Rattle' centers on the hallucinations of a dying man, set in the time span of his last breath. A young boy is sent to find the object that has just fallen to earth, he finds only destruction.
So that's the basics, the only issue is that we've only got about 45 days to complete it. We need the submission postmarked by November 1. Prior arrangements fell through so I apologize for the tight deadline... especially on a nonpaying job.
I'm capable of lettering the story so you won't have to!
