Sculpt advise

Ive had an illustration of a character i designed a while ago and would like to get it made as a sculpt, I have tried to sculpt once or twice, which was cool but I wasnt too good at it, my question is are there people out there that will make a sculpt from a drawing? if so what sort of money would it cost, would want something about 12" tall

would appreciate any help, sorry if this thing has been asked a million times before

First of all I would post a picture, most sculptors would want to have an idea of what they were getting into. Then browse the forum, and find someone whose art you like, pm them and askif they accept commissions. Then as far as prices go, I;m not sure what the going rate is if anyone out there knows I'd be interested in finding out myself.
