Been awhile since I posted here. but here are a series of characters and creatures I've designed here at school.Some are for my production team class and others for fun. It scares the hell out me to post here but my week 8 port 2 review is creeping up very fast and that scares me even more. Later.:cool:

Very very cool stuff. You've got a great feel for the markers. I have one question. How is that samurai guy number (8 or 9) gonna hold that little sword with those mean claws? Great stuff!

Really solid man! I am really digging these, both style and content.

Some minor crits: On 9 and 10, the sillouettes are a bit confusing. On 9 it was mostly his right foreleg and the negative space between his arm and body that got lost. On 10, I didn't realize that that whole thing was his mouth, or that there was a dude on his back. Strenghtening the line weight of the sillouettes in those areas might help? The only other thing (and this is super minor), on #8 I would clean up the sword blade, its a bit rough compared to everything else, and I'm not sure if it lines up exactly with the hilt.

But that's it from me, I really like these. How are you on environments? If you have that going on, you could have a really strong portfolio coming out of school.

heh Davi got me on line weight the last time I posted too(something I have to keep working on).:D Right now that's what I'm focusing on now in my portfolios the enviroments. Other than trying to make sure everything lines up perspective wise.(so I guess I'm okay but far from where I want to be.)

These are real cool. I'd have to say 2 and 8 seem to be the less typical of design. They are awesome.
