In addition to this, participants can choose to do a Optional Study of "Flower", in any media. Black and White or Colour is fine.

^ Nice! Did they always have the 10 sec option on the timer?
Anyway, here's my 50:
What are the stars for? If they're for optionals, then I shouldn't have one.

pretty gestures. :]
they're incredibly tidy, I wish I were able to achieve that.

Man Made God: sooo clean lines!
a la bapsi: not the all is so readable, but many of them has a nice flow, I like them much :)
my week was a bit hectic, tiresome, then lazy, but I did my gestures. I produced almost nothing beyond this :( it's not very unusual, though, I draw little :(
not much variety, sorry. mostly sexy women ;)
I think I became better :) my figures are nicer and I don't mess up the half of them as before ;)
there are some Bridgman too (my attitude wasn't good there, I did mindless copywork, I fear, unlike usual. except that my last woman isn't so angular ;)).
I neglected animals, only one Bilby. greater bilby is an endangered specie of Australia (the smaller ones died out :(), I found Bilby pictures when I searched for seahorse photos for the fish optional ;)
I included the sketch for my gothic girl DSG entry. it was my first character that has not an extremely simple standing pose and still I was pleased with it :) not a difficult pose and I see this already, but now I drew it by myself and still it's okay, it's a big step for me ;)
I wished to write my experiences and thoughts about gesture studies in general, but my post is too long already :^^;:
oh the optional will come later, my first try became horrible, I suddenly felt I know absolutely nothing about digital painting and brushes... (flowers means colors for me, so it will be digital. an artist is able to make a nice pencilwork about flowers, but I'm not that confident. and I have no other options now)
EDIT: I added the optional. I chose another pic. it's a quick pasque flower drawing, I'm not very pleased with it, looking at the beautiful original photo, but it'll do, I'm not into textures yet...

here are mine: 50 posemaniacs and a couple of flowers, the pencil ones from life and the digi after a photo ref. my first flowers ever - complicated beasts!
a la babsi those look really fast! great job for only 10sec!
man made god so clean and pretty! very impressive! how big do you do them?
shiNN those vary a bit, but i can see how you grow more confident! great!

^ The height of one of my figures is about 3 times bigger than on those images. So they take ages :bashful:, but I've done a lot of 30 second efforts before with posemaniacs. Good job with getting the optional studies done, I started a Photoshop painting of a flower but I screwed it up royally.

I can't make posemaniacs nowaday, those figures don't entertain my hedonist self enough and I need other kind of gestures too ;) I hope I will draw more difficult ones too soon, till now they were epic fail.
katinki: nice ones and I like the digital flower much :)

Some life studies.. I'm going to a course once a week now where we get to draw a model for almost 3 hours.. You learn alot, and I noticed that all those posemaniacs studies really helped when actually drawing the real thing :)
unfortunately I only got 43 studies of the model.. so addedsome crappy bone studdies aswell.. and suneflowers
