What? no replies? This is really cool. While i was scroling down i thought that his back looked like a human brain, but i like the effect. Great job.

Haha, like the rabbit from "the holy grail" movie, on the roids. Ha. The face is great, but its the goofy, floppy ears that bring it together. The only thing I don't really like is the back muscles, so very, very wrong. But for a rabbit monster, I don't want to argue...

I agree with Duman - since the body is mostly human-like, I'd say paint in realistic, human back muscles first, then exaggerate their definition if necessary.

Judging by the placement of the head and hips, the curvature of the back is too extreme. I'd crop out the top third of the back to get the size right. Try drawing the same pose in profile using horizontal guides to get a better idea of how that back should curve.

Yeah, humanize the back muscles abit more and you'll have a great pic.
The ears are a great touch too.

Feels like a demented Frazetta/Bisley version of a Disney film. Nice

hey man, this is pretty sweet. Really disturbing but I like the light quality that you have going on. My only issue is I know you want his back to look all bulked up and jacked, but at first glance I wasnt sure what I was looking at, looked sort of brain-like. Other than that, I think it's rad. :)

Hey guys thanks I appreciate you taking the time to give me some feedback.
I like the Disney/Bisley/Frazetta comparison. :)

Yeah after seeing the drawing many times through the years (drew it back in 03) I knew there were going to be issues with the back...I know it's an impossible pose, but for a second I thought it would work for effect. I know my main issue when I draw things is that I tend to draw things more from the feeling of something rather than the realistic approach, but I will do my research for the next one. Thanks again and I will post more things soon.

P.S. It got rejected from Corel Painter magazine's online gallery. Thought it was weird cause they've accepted other works of mine.

Excellent! I like this very much. As many have already stated it's like a Frazetta style painting with a more Disney feel. And when the Frazetta style is involved, you can't go wrong can you? 5 stars dude!

Badass. Like something by Simon Bisley, or Frazetta as was said. Oh, or an opponent from The Maxx. Really clever piece, it's great you went back to it.

Thanks dusty and Jassar. What dup DeKal? The stuffed animal is LD Monster and there's a back story to it, but I won't reveal it until I get going on the art for it.
