Hey kids,

Here is Lazybot. He needs some smoothing. I have him in wax now but he will be cast in resin and painted. He is a nice diversion from my other projects.

Just sharing stuff.

I really like him if it was a toy I might buy one. Keep it up.

Thanks everyone. I have not picked out a color scheme yet.

Gemlock: I am working on a shopping cart in my website so Lazybot might be available for purchase.

northstar: The original was sculpted in Castilene. You can buy it here (http://www.sculpt.com/catalog_98/Wax/Castilene.htm). The casts were made from Polytek Easyflo (http://www.polytek.com/products/EZFlo2005.pdf)

I think its pretty cool. I think these would do well if you had a bunch of different bots loungin around.

Do you have a link to this particular casting process?

How cost effective is it to make large quantities? And how time consuming?

Thanks
:)
