I'm not sure if I succeeded in pulling this one off. I wanted to convey the idea of this guy who bruises, bleeds and feels pain, but just doesn't die. The only problem is this painting depends completely on his facial expression to convey this notion. I'm not sure how it will be read though, perhaps I should have had him shaking his finger too.

Not as good as my previous submissions, but then again, this one isn't done yet. I'm burning out. I've spent all weekend on a book cover and it's killing me.

I'm gonna go play Counterstrike.

Anyway, this guy is a barbarian who killed a dragon. I've been meaning to try to get some work in to Dragon magazine and, well, here you go. I also wanted to design some barbarian Dragon armor.

Kinda reminded me of a star trek tng episode I watched back when I was a wee lad (geek) where some people got phased and were invisible and able to walk through walls. (I'm still wondering how they, you know, breathed, but I'm still wondering that about the time frozen place in chrono cross as well) This guy can go anywhere, but can't touch anything and nobody can see him...except the cat who walks through walls.
