sorry to bother with something like this.
I've played around in Brush Tracking (preferences) and a big mess I've got. I can't get the "old" feeling of any of the brushes now. I have reloaded the brush set - useless! There is no "deffault settings" there (seems right but feels wrong).
I have restarted the painter - no effect.
Any ideea?
Thank You.

Hi Oblio,
To reset all of the currently loaded Painter 7 brush library's brush variants to their default state, hold down the Alt/Option key and in the Brushes palette's Variant menu, choose Restore Default Variant, then click the OK button.
To reset Brush Tracking, just paint a brush stroke on the Brush Tracking pad using your normal hand pressure, then click the OK button.
To make the pen paint with more sensitivity, press harder when painting on the Brush Tracking pad.
To make the pen paint with less sensitivity, press more lightly than usual on the Brush Tracking pad.
Experiment with this to get a feel for how it works for you.
Usually, painting with your normal hand pressure will give pretty good results and you generally don't need to manually adjust the Brush Tracking sliders.
Good luck, :)

In the Brush Tracking "dialog" only "Presure" is modified in real time. I have to modify the velocity by hand - and still there is no "Default" option there :(
I suspect my Wacom to be quite old - so this could lead to the lack of update in the "velocity are" - or it's just my stupid self.
With my "normal stroke" - whatefer that is - I'm quite a beginer so "normal" is not a term for me, the brush seems ok but I still miss the one before my "Brush Traking" experiment. I've got the sense of all the sliders and came close to the one I had before - but having a drawing already started with that brush makes me see the new one in a sec. as different :(
Anyway, thank you for taking the time to guide me.
