Life threw me some curves a couple years back and I pretty much set art aside for a bit. :( :nopity: Last year or two I been doing a LOT of sketching :D while workin on my music :rock: , and working on more digital means of drawing/painting. :chug:

Great animals. But your people, particularly in the faces are...lacking something. (With the exception of Mr. Hendrix jamming on a solo there.) I'm not going to say what, because I lack the experience myself in order to pinpoint exactly what it is.

both gorillas and the eagle are all pen and in crosshatch, about 15 x 20 or so.. I have always loved how with crosshatching it can come out kinda patchwork like. Gives it a nice feel. I think it is a Maurice Sendak thing, I just loved that book "Where the Wild Things Are" when I was a kid, loved the look of it.
