What kind of pen, did the artist used pencil? I mean: How do I draw this?

put some pencilled art down, then ink it.
look up geoff darrow too while youre looking at that matrix art. he rocks.

Now I do admit that I may be mistaken but it seems very much so that the artist first drew the picture with a very flat style pencil (normal run of the mill pencil) and then proceeded to use several types of pens and only pens. You might want to check into a set of multi thickness pens such as Staedtler Pigment Liner pens. They are quite reliable and good tools if your willing to pay the price. After all you get what you pay for.:chug:

i imagine he also used brushes and possibly inking nibs...

possibly a brush pen or other pens like a micron. but it was all done over pencils.
