NEED "GUITAR HERO-like" CHARACTER AVATAR JPEGS MADE

I work for a digital marketing agency and we are in need of an artist that can create 25-50 custom avatars, primarily just head shots (from the neck up) with simple concert backgrounds (lights/smoke). We create MySpace/Facebook applications and need characters for the user avatars that resemble Guitar Hero or Rock Band game characters.

These will just end up being 2D approx. 60-pixel wide JPEGS, no animation involved and can be from a 3D stock-clip art set as long as you have a commercial license to use them and the final product looks similar to the game characters.

I have a decent budget for this project and am willing to pay a handsome amount for what is essentially 25-50 screen grabs of differently posed characters, skin colors and hair types. I need these in the next 2 weeks time.
