Hey im new to this forum

i just had a question about art programs
which program is better, corel draw and photopaint or adobe photoshop.

i really need to know as soon as possible because my moms boss is asker her to ask me to find out which is better for them to buy.....

and i need to know why each one is better...so if anyone knows anyting bout this stuff could the plz write back bout it
