Hello,

I am new to the boards here, so if what I am asking is not to peoples liking I am sorry.

While I have several private projects, all of which need art, I have recently begun a script for an Anime style film entitled ULDENAATA SAGA.

I am mainly looking for a group of people that want to collaborate on a project as a form of hobbyish project.

If money came, money would go first to artists.

ULDENAATA SAGA

Synopsis: Set in a fantasy genre bending setting, the SAGA follows the careers of the crew of a sky-ship called Skywind, an old beat up Freelancer ship, who works for the government of Alesia as a scout-recon ship in the war against the evil Naradins (more on them later).
This crew is given a mission to find the Elven lands, and enlist the elves into fighting again in the War against the Naradi.
1,000 years before the Elves lost their original homeland, Eliyune, to the Naradin Invasion, and the elves despirited sent themselves into an Exile.
The story follows the Skywind , through aerial battles which are reminders of WW1 or 2 dogfights, mixed with Age of Sail style ship combat (among large Galleon like Skyships called battleships of the line). It also involves excessive ground environments including; The walk through the former lands of the Narad (now turned into a magical wasteland). Elven forest lands, grown wild with the elves oversight, magnificent cityscapes which remind of the Damascus of Assassins Creed, except with Skyship docks, and every other form of environment in between (including a dragons horde room).

I am looking for anyone who wants to help with Character Concept Art, Environments, Ship Designs, and then I am also looking for Animators to bring the vision to life.

My goal for this project is to put visually realistic art into an CGI/ Cell Shading Anime (like Appleseed, or Vexille), though I intend to have traditional animation (e.g. anime style) for character flashbacks (including battle scenes, character building scenes, etc) as a way of setting the film apart from others in the industry.

However, I am not looking for traditional anime style characters.

I would rather have more realistic character designs, so that it felt as though these were real actors on the set.

The film would be rated more than likely as an R for violence, language scenes of nudity, smoking, and other stuff. It is meant to feel like a real world. I am sort of looking for a group of people that would get into this as much as myself (I am hashing out the script). I wouldn't be opposed to hearing from others on the subject, even if you don't want to help artistically. Also if anyone wanted to take my idea and make a comic out of it I would be thrilled. At this point I just want to see it get made.

That is all for now, I will post more about Character histories, and general concepts floating in my mind about how things look.

I may be contacted via email at Sid7e_NB at myway.com
or by ICQ: #431000191, nickname Sid

Other contact info is availiable later.
